Meanwhile, at Innovatex Solutions, Jessica sat at the head of a large boardroom table, surrounded by her team of engineers and business development managers. She had been running through a pitch for a new software platform, but the atmosphere was tense. Some of the senior staff members exchanged skeptical glances, clearly questioning Jessica's leadership due to her age.
