Wang Jian walked back into the hotel lobby with a calm and calculated demeanor. He had spent the past few days carefully planning his next move, the image of Rafael's eventual downfall clear in his mind. As he approached the elevator, he let his thoughts wander to the next immediate task-reconnecting with Bella.
The hotel he was now entering was the one where Bella had been staying, and he could already anticipate her impatience. She had been calling him, asking about when he'd return. Wang Jian hadn't revealed much to her, only that he was working on something important. Now that he was back, he knew he had to address her, and perhaps in a way that would keep her sufficiently distracted and satisfied while he carried on his larger schemes.
As the elevator doors slid open, Wang Jian stepped inside and pressed the button for Bella's floor. His mind was focused, running through the details of his mission with Lucía and Rafael. But at the back of his mind, a darker, more primal urge began to stir. Bella had always been a beautiful distraction, with her mature, voluptuous body and her constant need for his attention. Wang Jian smirked inwardly. Bella's impatience was predictable, but that suited him just fine. He allowed her to undress him, his own hands moving to undo the knot of her robe. The night was still young as Wang Jian made his way back to the other hotel, where Emma and Jessica were waiting for him. As he stepped into the room, he found both women sitting on the couch, looking relieved to see him.
"Wang Jian," Emma said, standing up and rushing over to him. "Are you okay? We've been
worried."
Jessica stood as well, crossing her arms as she looked him over. "You were gone for a while. Everything alright?"
Wang Jian smiled at both of them, appreciating their concern but keeping his secrets close. "I'm fine," he replied smoothly. "I've been working on a method to get into Rafael's safehouse. Don't worry, everything's going according to plan."
Neither Emma nor Jessica pressed him further, trusting his judgment. They both nodded, though Jessica still looked a little skeptical.
"Good," she said finally. "Because Sofia's been behaving, but I think she's starting to get
restless."
Wang Jian glanced over at Sofia, who was sitting quietly in the corner of the room, her eyes downcast. She hadn't caused any trouble while he was away, but he could sense the tension building in her. That was something he'd deal with later.
For now, his focus remained on the next phase of his plan with Lucía and Rafael.
