Chapter 79 This guy can't get drunk

Chapter 79 This guy can't get drunk

Amber Hen piled the hem of her long dress above her full, rounded thighs, slightly bending her slender waist, her heavy chest almost overflowing from the neckline.

Her fingers rested on the exquisitely crafted gold-threaded stilettos, her slender index finger hooking the delicate gold thread wrapped around her ankle, and she gently lifted it.

Click, the clasp comes undone.

Amber's toes tensed slightly as her high heels slid down her heels, revealing her flawless feet to Chu Sheng.

The arch of her foot was elegant and alluring, and beneath her fair and delicate skin, a few faint blue veins could be seen. Her five rounded and dainty toes curled slightly, and her neatly trimmed toenails gleamed with a pale pink pearly sheen.

She raised her fingertips, and the emerald green power of the sacred tree transformed into a clear spring, meandering down her calves.

The power of the sacred tree flowed over her smooth, firm calves and slender ankles, finally reaching her fair insteps and the spaces between her toes.

She began to gently knead the arches of her feet with her hands, and glistening water droplets dripped down between her toes.

Chu Sheng noticed Arthur's ill-intentioned gaze and quickly looked away, focusing intently on shaving the bamboo skewers.

However, a moment later, he secretly turned his gaze to Amber.

Her wet, jade-like foot was still on, her toes slightly curled. Noticing Chu Sheng's subtle gaze, she not only didn't try to hide it, but instead gently raised her snow-white, plump thigh slightly, her toes intentionally or unintentionally swaying in Chu Sheng's direction.

Arthur handed over the fish, expressionless: "Focus on grilling the fish."

After lunch, the group continued their journey.

Once outside the Sacred Tree Forest, the trees gradually thin out, and the terrain begins to undulate.

A section of the road was blocked by a fallen tree trunk. Ella was eager to move the tree, but Silver Leaf stopped her.

"Don't move! There might be snakes down there!" Yinye said nervously. "Snakes love to hide in these dark places."

Ella immediately withdrew her hand: "Snakes don't taste good."

Yinye was puzzled: "You've eaten this before?"

Ella proudly said, "I tried it once, and Chu Sheng scolded me."

Chu Sheng was speechless: "Because it's a rope."

The tree trunk was too tall; even Silverleaf struggled to climb over, but Ella leaped across with ease. Arthur's movements were equally swift and clean; he picked up Silverleaf with one hand and used the other to prop himself up on the trunk as he flipped over.

Amber placed her hand in Chu Sheng's palm and gently squeezed it.

Before Chu Sheng could react, she used the momentum to pull him forward, and An Bowen reached out and put her arm around his waist, pulling him back steadily.

Chu Sheng's face pressed against her chest, sinking into an astonishingly vast expanse of softness.

Without Amber making any move, she appeared behind the tree trunk with Chu Sheng.

In the evening, they set up camp under a sheltered rock face, where Amberman's large leaves provided shelter from the wind.

Dinner consisted of grilled fish, sweet potato cakes, and several bottles of honey vine flower wine.

Chu Sheng didn't want to drink it at first, after all, no matter how sweet the flower wine was, it was still alcohol. He had a low alcohol tolerance, and with An Bowen by his side, he lacked confidence in his self-control.

But Amber only poured a small glass and handed it to him: "This won't make you drunk."

Chu Sheng still forced himself to take a sip.

It tasted sweet and slightly cool at first, with absolutely no alcoholic flavor. But a few minutes later, his body began to heat up, and even his face became hot.

Arthur looked at Chu Sheng's flushed face and took the cup of flower wine away: "Don't drink it."

Chu Sheng reached out to grab it, but Arthur easily dodged it.

Amber gently pulled Chu Sheng closer to her, letting him lean against her chest: "If you're sleepy, take a nap."

Chu Sheng's back pressed against her soft, warm embrace. Amber sat behind him, her arms wrapped around him from both sides, as if shielding him from the night wind. Her full, soft breasts, through the cloak, cushioned his back, feeling very comfortable.

Chu Sheng arched his back and quickly fell asleep.

"He's too tired." Amber looked at Arthur. "He's just a child. Let him rest for a while."

Arthur looked at them, remained silent for a moment, and then sat down on the other side of Chu Sheng.

Ella crawled over from the other side and hugged Chu Sheng's leg: "I'm going to sleep too!"

Amber looked down at her, somewhat amused: "Why are you hugging his leg?"

Ella closed her eyes, her tail covering her body: "This way, Chu Sheng won't run away."

"Sigh." Yinye shook her head. "I can't bear to watch. Have you all forgotten that I'm a child too?"

Amber chuckled and opened her arms: "Then you come too."

Yinye hesitated for a moment, then obediently moved closer and was pulled into Amber's arms.

The night wind blew across the rock face, and the fire crackled.

Chu Sheng, Ella, and Yin Ye were fast asleep. Arthur looked up at the stars in the sky, while Amber gently patted Chu Sheng and Yin Ye's backs, her expression serene.

"Which route should we take tomorrow?" Amber asked quietly, as if afraid of waking them.

Arthur took out a map: "First head southwest, leave the forest boundary, and then turn onto the Imperial Post Road. There's a post station marked here on the map; we can rest there and avoid having to endure the elements like this."

"Okay, let's go to the inn first." Amber nodded, then tilted her head and thought for a moment, "What's an inn like? Do they have beds?"

Arthur looked at her strangely, then realized that although this elven queen had lived for thousands of years, she seemed to have never even left the Sacred Tree Forest.

Thinking of this, Arthur suddenly felt a bit of sympathy and pity for Amber, and even his jealousy towards her lessened a little.

She nodded: "There should be. You haven't seen a post station yet, have you?"

"I've only ever seen it in books." Amber smiled, as if she knew what she was thinking. "Arthur, would you be interested in telling me more about the human world?"

Arthur's ahoge twitched: "Hmm... then let me start from the very beginning of the empire's founding."

"No." Amber blinked, a mischievous glint in her eyes. "I want something more exciting."

"Something a bit more exciting?" Arthur hesitated for a moment. "Does Saint George slaying the dragon count?"

Amber shook her head, leaned closer, and whispered something in Arthur's ear.

Arthur's pretty face instantly turned bright red.

"Your Majesty! Please have some self-respect! I haven't read these stories!"

When Chu Sheng woke up, he felt numb all over his body and could no longer feel his limbs.

Yinye had somehow ended up in Amber's arms, sleeping in terrible posture, and unfortunately, she had pinned one of his hands down.

His legs were being held by Ella, and he was sleeping sprawled out, mumbling incoherently, "Grilled fish... big grilled fish... Chu Sheng, you're not allowed to steal any..."

Chu Sheng tried to pull his legs out of Ella's arms. In her dream, Ella immediately hugged him tighter and rubbed her face against his knees.

"Don't run... King of Grilled Fish..."

Amber stirred slightly behind him: "Awake?"

Her breath landed behind Chu Sheng's ear, and Chu Sheng shrank his neck, immediately becoming alert.

Good morning, Your Majesty!

Amber removed her hand and sat up. Her white dress was wrinkled and clung to her mature, voluptuous figure.

Arthur woke up and was in a daze, clearly still not enough sleep, unaware of what Amber had talked to him about last night.

Ella finally woke up, and the first thing she did upon opening her eyes was to look up and ask, "Where's breakfast?"

Chu Sheng looked down at her: "Let go of me first, then I can make you breakfast."
