Chapter 13 Complete the Secondary Path

After exchanging pleasantries in Altair's room, Vivian left alone, promising to pick her up in the afternoon.

Altair went downstairs by himself to have breakfast.

Because of an extra potion to take this morning, Altair didn't go downstairs for breakfast until almost nine o'clock in the morning.

Hahn has gone out to the Servants' Guild, where he has hired housekeepers and some maids.

The reason is that "Madam Anna" has needed to talk to Hahn about everything since she became Altair's teacher.

So the flaw was discovered: there was no female butler, not many maids, not even personal maids; even dressing was something the count had to do himself.

As a etiquette teacher, Mrs. Anna was strict and always took "rules" as the highest standard in her daily life. This incident made her "break down" instantly, and she scolded "Hahn" mercilessly. Even old Clayton was scolded as well.

So the first thing I did after returning was to go to the Servants' Guild. I went to interview people early this morning. Only after passing Hahn's test will Altair make the selection.

They didn't return until almost noon, saying they would have to wait longer because none of the people the domestic workers' association had introduced that morning were suitable.

After lunch, Hahn led the way into the Sheffield family treasury.

After flipping through a couple of pages, Altair found some of the materials he needed and said, "No need, I just need to get some simple materials to prepare for my occult course."

"By the way, Hahn, go arrange a carriage now, I need to go out this afternoon."

Additional materials: 100 ml of blood from an adult Pegasus, 7 tentacles from a crown jellyfish, 10 g of arsenic powder, rhizome of black hyacinth...

After finding the materials he needed by following the numbers recorded in the ledger, Altair also used a silver dagger to open the wall of spirituality.

He took out the materials, packed them up, and went back to his bedroom to prepare a potion for himself.

Strictly following the recipe, after completing the potion, I looked at the three potions in front of me and saw that they looked exactly like the recipe description. I randomly chose one and drank it.

"I need to go to the Servants' Association for an interview at 3 pm today."

While Hahn was still speaking, out of curiosity, she used her "spiritual vision" to see that the "purple" on Hahn's head was fading, and then said directly, "Hahn, don't be too anxious, remember to get some rest."
