Chapter 202 Extra: Daily Life Compilation
Chapter 202 Extra: Daily Life Compilation
Dumbledore sat by the window reading, the rocking chair gently swaying, the warm sunlight streaming through the glass onto him. Gellert sat behind his desk in the center of the room, the quill pen in his hand scratching softly.
"Gail, take a break. The work is never finished."
"If you share the workload, you can finish the job."
When asked a difficult question, Dumbledore fell silent again. Pretending not to hear, he continued lying there reading; he had no desire to deal with documents. He had Potions class later that afternoon, and this was a rare moment of rest.
"When are Allie and Severus coming back?" Dumbledore suddenly asked, wondering how much longer he would have to endure this torment.
"Didn't you read the letter that was sent back the day before yesterday? Ellie said it would be about three more days; they're fishing during those days," Gellert replied, pausing his quill.
"Great! Let's go on a long trip during summer vacation. We didn't get to have enough fun last time before we were dragged back."
"Hmm, where do you want to go? I'll ask Ellie if she has any travel guides."
"Hmm—I haven't decided yet." Dumbledore pondered for a while and realized that he wanted to go to many places. He had been bound to England for many years by responsibilities, but now that he was free, he wanted to travel more.
"No rush, we have plenty of time," Gellert said, looking up at Dumbledore to reassure him.

"Harry, don't move." Draco grabbed the hand that was stroking his waist and gently pulled away from Harry's embrace. There were sounds approaching in the distance; it wouldn't look good if others saw them like this.
Finding that the person behind him was still holding him tightly and not listening to him, Draco felt a little helpless and pushed the person to a corner of the wall to hide.
As the sound faded into the distance, the two of them came out. "Harry, if you keep doing that, I'm going to get angry." Draco frowned and stared at him, not daring to imagine how Severus would react if he knew they were hugging in school.
"I just wanted a hug," Harry apologized, looking aggrieved. He knew he hadn't done anything right. Although Gryffindor and Slytherin weren't officially arguing, they still disliked each other in private.
"Never mind, let's go to Hogsmeade on Saturday. There won't be many people outside then." Draco sighed. He knew that Harry especially liked physical contact, and it was really hard for him to be not allowed to be hugged.
Harry used to be the one to coax Draco, but now it's completely reversed. This Gryffindor is getting more and more spoiled, and he's such a big guy on top of all. Every time they argue or have a tiff, he'll hug Draco, nuzzle his head against him, and whisper an apology until Draco forgives him.
"Let's go to the library to do our homework." Draco raised his hand and ruffled Harry's hair.
Lily, standing at a distance, watched the two of them and thought it was fine this way. She hadn't raised Harry for many years, and rather than causing trouble and hurting the relationship between mother and son, it was better to accept it. Besides, Draco was a good boy, and having him around would save her a lot of worry.

"Regulus, come quick, it's so beautiful here." Verolin lifted her skirt and walked to the flower bushes. She had been watched ever since she woke up, and it wasn't until the last two years that she was allowed to go out.
Regulus rushed over from a distance, surprised that his senior could run so fast while wearing a skirt. "Wait a minute, I'm coming right away, senior, wait for me!!!"
The usually shy young man, wanting her to wait for him, disregarded his manners and wished he could transform into an Animagus and run on all fours.
"Why are you so slow? Look, there are little monkeys ahead. Let's go feed them." Verolin especially loves small animals, and she only protected Regulus because she thought he was cute.
After discovering the boy was trapped in the mud, she struggled with the decision for a long time before finally deciding to believe him. Just as she suspected, it took a while, but the ending was happy. Neither of them died, and the fairy tale ended there.
"Senior, slow down..."
"Tsk, come here, your physical condition isn't good. Did your brother not feed you? That's too cruel of him." Verolin asked, tilting her head. She had never liked Sirius Black before, and she still didn't. She would take any opportunity to tease him.
Not to mention that Emeric also disliked Sirius, so of course she would side with her own family. While at Hogwarts, Willowyn didn't interact much with Severus, but she never thought he was wrong; if she was bullied, of course she would fight back.
Moreover, Gryffindors are always clumsy with plants, and it's normal for Silas to dislike such people.
"No, let's go to the left, there are deer there." Regulus changed the subject. He didn't want to upset Verolin, nor did he want to speak ill of Sirius. Both were people he cared about.
"Okay~" Verolin shrugged, looked in the direction he pointed, and prepared to pat the deer's head.
The nature of their relationship was unclear. Sirius had asked him several times, and Regulus felt they were best friends. Verolin had always treated him this way, from the very first day they met.
Verolin also felt that they were sworn brothers. She yearned for freedom and did not want to be bound by anyone. In addition, the special circumstances of her family made her even less willing to fall in love and only wanted to enjoy life.

"Lyra, how much longer until you finish?" Garian put away the documents on the table. Since Emeric went on his trip, they had been doing all the work.
"Soon, I'll take a vacation once Ellie comes back." Leila signed the last document; she had been too busy to rest these past few days.
She and Garian have been working non-stop for a week. If Emeric doesn't bring back a gift this time, they'll skip work and go out to have fun, since they haven't used their honeymoon yet.
"Okay, we'll stop by Germany and go back to collect the gifts." When they got married, some friends were on missions and couldn't make it, so they left their gifts at their house.
Leila leaned against his shoulder and nodded in agreement; they hadn't been back for over a year indeed. Since getting married, they'd been so busy with work that they hadn't had a chance to rest.
"Our young master is finally married off," Garian sighed. In the past, Emeric and Severus would cause him trouble whenever they had a disagreement, keeping him very busy these past few years. "Hopefully Professor Snape will keep an eye on him and stop giving us tasks all the time."
"I really don't know what kind of magic potion he gave the professor, that he actually got what he wanted," Lyra chimed in, having spent almost all her time in the kitchen making desserts during that period as a backup pastry chef. If Emeric hadn't given her enough, she and Garian would have really gone to Calvin for help.
(Hehe, just some random little things from my daily life. I finally remembered a project I started a long time ago.)
