Chapter 674 Surprise
With Harry and Ron joining them, Siren no longer needed to keep a close eye on Malfoy and his group's every move.
Xilun felt much more relaxed immediately.
Harry and Ron were also enjoying it, and they always looked very energetic when they went out every morning.
Siren even lent Harry the Marauder's Map—of course, not because Siren wanted to be lazy, but simply to help them better observe the Slytherins' every move.
However, after being stuffed into the armor that time, Crabbe and Goyle became much more cautious and did not do anything strange for a long time.
As March approaches, the weather remains largely unchanged, except for the dampness and strong winds, making each departure from the castle uncomfortable.
A notice was posted on all the bulletin boards in the common room, announcing the date of the next Hogsmeade Week.
"I thought they would cancel it," Simon said in surprise.
He is clearly not the only one with this idea.
During Hogsmeade Week last time, three Death Eaters caused quite a bit of trouble there, resulting in several shops having to close down.
No one would be surprised if the professors canceled Hogsmeade Week. But the school didn't do that; everything went as planned.
"Great!" Ron said happily.
He missed out on butterbeer last time, so he couldn't miss it this time no matter what.
Who wouldn't want a hot butterbeer on such a damp and cold day? He'd been looking forward to it for ages.
"Sirlen, are you going?" Harry asked. "Last time during Hogsmeade Week, those three Death Eaters were after you, weren't they?"
"Don't forget about you," Xilun reminded him.
Harry knew, of course, that the Death Eaters wouldn't let him go, but on the other hand, he really wanted to go to Hogsmeade with Ron and have a good drink of butterbeer.
"Are you going?" Harry asked again, unsure of what to do and wanting to hear Siren's opinion.
"Go," Celen said. "Why refuse a rare opportunity to relax?"
In fact, Siren hadn't expected Dumbledore to actually allow everyone to go to Hogsmeade, but he certainly wouldn't risk the students' lives.
Knowing this is enough; as for what Dumbledore's plans are, they don't seem to matter that much.
Because I had Apparition class on Saturday, the trip to Hogsmeade was scheduled for Sunday.
So far, the sixth-grade students have had three Apparition lessons, but the pace is almost exactly the same as in the first lesson.
This magic is still just as difficult. The only difference is that there are now more separate individuals. During class, you can always see individual fingers, arms, and legs left behind in the auditorium.
This has led to considerable resentment among students towards Wicky Tycross and his ever-present "three Ds," resulting in a number of nicknames for him, the most polite being "Dog Fart" and "Dung Head."
Even Tykroos himself knew this, but he didn't care.
"It's normal to have strong emotional fluctuations when you see a part of your body appear in a place that shouldn't be there. According to incomplete statistics, I've been given more than three digits of nicknames."
Tykros calmly remarked that he suddenly missed the student who openly skipped the first class.
Although he considered himself a fool, if everyone could learn Apparition in advance like him, his classes would be much easier.
Of course, Tecros knew this was impossible; Apparition was not an illumination charm, and the students' tuition of twelve Galleons wasn't for nothing.
March 1st, Sunday.
Early that morning, Filch appeared at the castle gate carrying the machine that could detect dark magic. He was unusually serious, as if he wanted to make up for his previous negligence.
The students lined up outside and then, led by Professor McGonagall, headed to Hogsmeade.
On the way, after the initial excitement wore off, Harry suddenly thought of another problem.
"Although we can go to Hogsmeade, are all the shops still open there?"
17
His question silenced everyone.
After the last Hogsmeade Week, many shops closed down, and the Three Brooms, where the incident took place, put up a "Closed" sign as soon as the Aurors left.
Nobody knows if Lady Rosmerta ever reopened her shops. What would be the point if they went to Hogsmeade this time and all the shops were closed?
The group gradually quieted down, and everyone walked forward with trepidation.
"Ah, I think you don't need to worry anymore." After the group turned a corner, Xiren, who was walking in the first row, suddenly said.
Then everyone else saw it too.
In the distance, at the entrance to Hogsmeade Village, a huge head was playfully winking at them.
It was a huge sign shaped like a head, wearing a black top hat, and when the hat was taken off, a rabbit would jump out from inside.
"Wait, this sign—"
Ron froze, then quickly ran out of the group.
"Wait, Weasley, you can't act on your own!" Professor McGonagall shouted from behind, but she didn't chase after him.
It's probably because they're almost there by now.
So the others followed suit and ran out.
Weasley's Magic Tricks
Looking at the familiar name and the two identical people in front of him, Ron rubbed his eyes hard.
"Little Ronnie, are you so surprised to see us?" Fred asked, feigning sadness. "I thought you'd jump for joy."
"After all, this is a surprise we've carefully prepared for you," George said.
"Fred, George—" Harry ran over, asking in confusion, "What are you doing here, and in this shop? Isn't it Zonko—"
"As you can see, we've bought this place," Fred said, feigning nonchalance.
"We've wanted to open our shop here for a long time."
"It just so happens that Joko Widodo's boss was terrified by the Death Eaters."
"So we bought it at a very good price." George turned around and made a hugging gesture towards the shop.
"How are you, Ron? Aren't you happy?"

"You probably didn't expect we'd be so close to you, did you?"
Ron couldn't say whether he was happy or not, but seeing Fred and George here was something he really hadn't expected.
Professor McGonagall was equally surprised; she stood blankly at the intersection, momentarily forgetting to come in.
"Good morning, Professor McGonagall," Fred said respectfully, placing his hands on his chest. "Would you like to come in?"
"Professors get special discounts on shopping, such as a 50% discount."
"Except for the Headmaster of Gryffindor—"
"She can take it for free, all of it for free!"
Professor McGonagall's tightly pursed lips relaxed slightly; although she didn't need it, her words were indeed pleasing to hear.
