Chapter 681 - 651: Senior Sister Takes the Lead
Chapter 681 - 651: Senior Sister Takes the Lead
Xu Chunliang let Fu Xuedong rest for a while, tossed him a bottle of water, and Fu Xuedong gulped it down immediately. Xu Chunliang reminded him not to drink too fast.Fu Xuedong sat down on the bench beside Xu Chunliang and respectfully asked, "Uncle Xu, can the kung fu you taught me handle them?"
Xu Chunliang said, "I’m not sure either. It varies from person to person. The same fighting technique may have different impacts when used by different people."
Fu Xuedong nodded. He wasn’t confident; after all, transforming into a strong fighter after just a few hours of practice seemed far-fetched, even for martial arts novels.
Xu Chunliang patted him on the shoulder and said, "Take a good rest. Later, I’ll have a sparring session with you."
He placed his hand on Fu Xuedong’s shoulder, took a photo, and sent it to Zhao Xinting, just to prevent her from worrying. Right after receiving the message, Zhao Xinting replied, "Thank you, brother." It had only been half a day, but they had already started taking on the roles of sister-in-law and brother-in-law.
At this moment, Ji Jiajia called, asking if Xu Chunliang had returned to Dongzhou, and questioning why he had abandoned teaching her kung fu halfway.
Xu Chunliang initially intended to lie and say he’d already gone back, but then thought he might need another helper today. So he told Ji Jiajia that he’d just accepted a new apprentice and was giving him special training.
Ji Jiajia was displeased upon hearing this. Training in kung fu without her? She insisted Xu Chunliang send her the address, and she’d head over immediately.
Xu Chunliang sent Ji Jiajia his location, and half an hour later, Ji Jiajia found her way there on a skateboard. Of course, she came with her standard entourage of four bodyguards, who kept a cautious distance of about twenty meters.
Ji Jiajia circled Fu Xuedong, who was practicing, on her skateboard. Fu Xuedong was focused, continuing to practice his moves.
Ji Jiajia mocked, "You’re doing it wrong. Smaller steps and twist your waist like a snake. How can you be so dull?"
Fu Xuedong stopped and looked at Ji Jiajia, thinking to himself, "I don’t even know you. Are you a little gangster girl?"
Ji Jiajia was tall, and standing on the skateboard made her look a head taller than Fu Xuedong.
Xu Chunliang said, "Jiajia, come over here. Stop causing trouble."
Ji Jiajia skated over and halted in front of Xu Chunliang with an abrupt stop, "Master, you’re so biased. I thought I was your only student, but you picked up another one behind my back."
Xu Chunliang said, "Sit down!"
Ji Jiajia reluctantly sat down next to him, and Xu Chunliang explained the situation to her.
As soon as Ji Jiajia heard, she got angry, "I can’t tolerate this! Whoever dares to hit my junior disciple is messing with me! Master, let me handle this. I’ll call for backup." She pulled out her phone to make a call.
Xu Chunliang gave her a stern look, "Call for backup? It’s just three middle schoolers. What people are you calling? I asked you here not to fight, but for Xiao Dong to have a duel with them, and you’re in charge of recording."
Ji Jiajia asked, "What are you doing?"
Xu Chunliang replied, "I’m an adult; I can’t bully children. This is going to be a confrontation of equal peers, soldiers against soldiers, generals against generals."
Ji Jiajia took out a lollipop and handed it to Xu Chunliang.
Xu Chunliang, half amused, pushed it back to her.
Ji Jiajia said, "Master, you’re truly cunning, not wanting to bear any responsibility at all."
Xu Chunliang said, "Do I look like someone who’s afraid to take responsibility? I just don’t want to bully kids. Sit there. I need to train this kid hard."
At 5:30 in the afternoon, a group of burly students went to the park’s basketball court to play ball. Among them were the three who had participated in beating up Fu Xuedong: Zhu Guangming, Lin Zhihao, and Yuan Minghui.
The guys just started warming up when a girl on a skateboard entered the basketball court.
She disrupted their game, and Zhu Guangming, holding a basketball, said, "Hey, miss, can you play somewhere else? Can’t you see we’re playing ball here?"
That girl was Ji Jiajia. She chuckled and said, "Is this place yours?"
"If it’s not ours, is it yours?"
Ji Jiajia taunted, "Give me the ball. Let me teach you how to play."
Zhu Guangming picked up the basketball and threw it at Ji Jiajia fiercely. These kids were used to being brash; he aimed to knock Ji Jiajia off her skateboard.
Ji Jiajia watched as the basketball hurled towards her and tilted her body slightly, letting it graze past her shoulder.
The trio burst out laughing.
Lin Zhihao said, "You can’t even hold the ball, and you want to teach us how to play."
Yuan Minghui got up to chase after the ball, watching as it rolled out of the basketball court. Someone stepped on it to stop it.
Lin Zhihao was taken aback because the one who stopped the ball was Fu Xuedong, the wimpy kid they had cornered in the bathroom and beaten up.
It was infuriating. After they beat up Fu Xuedong, his family came to the school demanding an explanation, which got them all reprimanded, brought their parents in, and even made them pay for his medical expenses.
The three of them couldn’t swallow this humiliation, so they found someone to beat up Fu Xuedong outside of school, leaving him too scared to attend school for a few days. They didn’t expect to see Fu Xuedong here.
Lin Zhihao saw Fu Xuedong stepping on their basketball and immediately got furious: "Fu Xuedong? You fucking stepped on my ball!"
Fu Xuedong ignored him.
Lin Zhihao angrily said, "Get your stinky foot off." He rushed forward and tried to push Fu Xuedong, but Fu Xuedong anticipated his move, blocking with his left hand, taking a step forward, and landing a fierce right punch on Lin Zhihao’s left rib.
When facing an enemy who has harmed you, you must never show mercy. They are three, and you are alone; seize the opportunity to break them down one by one. Each time you take one down, your odds increase.
Xu Chunliang didn’t waste his time teaching this kid. Fu Xuedong struck with a ruthless move. Lin Zhihao never imagined this kid would dare to hit him, catching him completely off guard. That punch made his chest throb violently, making breathing extremely difficult.
With a thud, he dropped to his knees. This startling Fu Xuedong for a moment, but he quickly remembered Xu Chunliang’s words and punched Lin Zhihao in the eye.
Lin Zhihao let out a miserable scream, covering his eye and lying on the ground. Despite being tall and strong, he was still a child. After being hit repeatedly, fear filled his heart, and he burst into tears.
Ji Jiajia took out her phone and started recording.
Zhu Guangming and Yuan Minghui rushed at Fu Xuedong together. Ji Jiajia, pushing hard with her right foot on a skateboard, tripped Yuan Minghui, causing him to stumble.
Zhu Guangming pointed at Fu Dong: "You fucking want to die?"
Fu Xuedong grabbed his finger and twisted his wrist. Zhu Guangming never expected him to move so quickly. Initially, he wanted to show off by pointing, which showed he didn’t take Fu Xuedong seriously, but it turned out to be his flaw.
Once you seize the opponent’s flaw, you must attack decisively without any hesitation.
While learning this move, Fu Xuedong worried he might break the opponent’s finger. Xu Chunliang assured him not to worry as the opponent would protect themselves by shifting their posture accordingly.
To avoid having his finger broken, Zhu Guangming bent over, but Fu Xuedong didn’t loosen his grip, forcing Zhu Guangming to kneel on one knee. It was an ideal position for Fu Xuedong to strike. These three kids were all tall, usually requiring him to jump to hit their faces.
Now that the opponent knelt down, he couldn’t miss the chance to strike. Fu Xuedong punched Zhu Guangming in the eyes, sealing them.
Ji Jiajia cheered on the side, recording the whole scene. On the edge of the basketball court, four men in black suits were also tasked with recording, all arranged by Ji Jiajia. Their bodyguards were idle otherwise.
Seeing Fu Xuedong consecutively take down Lin Zhihao and Zhu Guangming, Yuan Minghui was too scared to move. These two were better fighters than him, yet who would have thought Fu Xuedong, whom they cornered in the bathroom a few days ago like a frightened lamb, was now so full of killing intent with explosive combat power.
Fu Xuedong had completely regained his confidence at this point, glaring at Yuan Minghui and said, "Get lost!"
Yuan Minghui, a coward indeed, was terrified out of his wits, turned and ran, abandoning his two friends.
Zhu Guangming’s eyes swollen into narrow slits, shouted: "Fu Xuedong, you fucking wait, watch how I’ll kill you... ouch..."
Fu Xuedong twisted his finger, causing Zhu Guangming to kneel on both legs, then punched him in the nose: "Sure, I’ll kill you first!"
Zhu Guangming felt something running from his nose—it was blood, not mucus. He was scared now. Saying he’d kill Fu Xuedong was just hot air, but Fu Xuedong seemed to be hell-bent on him, Zhu Guangming said, "You’re breaking the law... I’ll sue you..."
Fu Xuedong asked, "Was it you who blocked me that day?"
"Ah..." Zhu Guangming let out a scream like a pig being slaughtered. These privileged kids had never suffered such a thing, usually being the bullies themselves, but today they met a tough one.
Zhu Guangming said, "Let me go... let go..."
"Was it?"
"Yes... Yes..."
"Who were those people?"
"Yuan Minghui’s cousin... Yuan Mingqiang... Ouch... My hand is about to break, you’re going to jail for this..."
Xu Chunliang sat on a distant bench, silently watching everything in front of him as if it had nothing to do with him. In the distance, a BMW X5 drove over.
After the car stopped, a middle-aged man got out, shouting, "What are you doing? Let go of my son!" The man was Zhu Guangming’s father, Zhu Keding. He came here every day to pick up his child, arriving just in time to see Fu Xuedong beating his precious son into a pulp.
Fu Xuedong let go of Zhu Guangming.
Zhu Keding lost his temper, pulling a bat out of the car and charged at Fu Xuedong: "Fuck you! How dare you hit my son!"
Before Zhu Keding could reach Fu Xuedong, Xu Chunliang had already stepped in his path, smiling at Zhu Keding, "Why are you meddling in kids’ fights?"
"Get out of the way, I told you to get out of the way!"
Xu Chunliang said, "Show me how to get out of the way."
Zhu Keding was also an unreasonable brute, swinging his bat at Xu Chunliang, but before he could raise it, someone behind him made the first move.
