Chapter 69 Slaanesh Demon
Chapter 69 Slaanesh Demon
"Slaanesh?"
Li Wei frowned, immediately landed on the ground from the Colossus's cockpit, and quickly walked to Magnus's side.
Magnus has begun preparing to mobilize the psychic power of all the Thousand Sons in preparation for a general offensive.
Li Wei watched as the surging, ever-flowing warp energy in Magnus's hand, gathered from the mandala array of the Thousand Sons Legion, condensed into a crimson sphere of energy, about to be launched.
He immediately sensed something was wrong, feeling that this was definitely a conspiracy by Tzeentch from beginning to end, to drag Senja completely into Slaanesh's sight.
Is that right? Isn't Tzeentch afraid that Slaanesh might interfere or directly target Magnus?
"The Master of All Changes!"
After Li Wei finished reading the sentence, he thought of the title of the treacherous and unpredictable master and felt that it was really possible for an evil god who liked to manipulate variables to do such a thing as using someone else to kill someone, even if it was not beneficial to himself.
There is another possibility: after being brutally beaten by the two gods, Tzeentch had long lost the will to come here and cause trouble for Senju.
This is why the Slaanesh demon survived and eventually waited for the arrival of the Thousand Sons.
However, regardless of the possibility, Qianzi was not prepared to face the gaze of the two Chaos Gods.
Should we stop it?
Li Wei's expression shifted between anger and uncertainty as he looked at the raging torrent of crimson psionic energy in Magnus's hand.
Magnus, as expected of the Primarch of the Thousand Sons and one of the most powerful psionicists in the galaxy, precisely controlled the raging energy in his hands and still had the energy to notice Levi's unusual expression.
He said in a deep voice:
"Li Wei, what's wrong? Is there a problem?"
"No..." Li Wei, regaining his senses, took a deep breath, paused for a moment, and pointed to the still-shouting voice in the cave ahead, "My Lord Archmage, the demons in here may not be the minions of the evil god we encountered in the Carmenca Galaxy last time."
"This..." Magnus paused for a moment, then immediately understood Levi's concerns. He shook his head. "Levi, my father told me that the mission of our Astartes Legion is to eliminate all evil beings that threaten humanity."
As soon as he finished speaking, he hurled the sphere of psionic energy he had condensed to its maximum strength into the depths of the demon cave.
Boom!
Debris flew everywhere, and a violent explosion swept through the entire cave entrance. A tremor like an earthquake followed, and Li Wei, who was still deep in thought, lost his balance and staggered.
The roar of the explosion also woke Li Wei. He then realized that he had been facing not only Tzeentch's schemes, but also the entire Warp Four in the future. If he retreated now, how would he face the future?
As long as Qianzi is strong enough, and I am strong enough, then all the conspiracies and schemes are no problem.
It seems we still need to strengthen our own power and crush all conspiracies with absolute strength.
Li Wei took a deep breath and was about to speak when he heard the demon's sharp but slightly weak roar again.
"Damn ants, how dare you hurt me! Although that psionic shock was exhilarating, I'll see who's enjoying it so much!"
As soon as he finished speaking, the crimson energy aftershock generated by the explosion of all of Qianzi's spiritual energy was actually controlled by the demon to tear open a distorted subspace rift, revealing a vertical pupil covered with purple patterns that peered into everything in the real universe.
When it saw Magnus and Levi standing not far away, it squealed excitedly:
"Two delicious souls, I've remembered you! Your joy will be mine! The storm of the vast ocean is about to sweep everything away!"
It hadn't seen the real universe in a long time, and all it wanted to do now was take a good look at the guy who had just blown it up so badly.
Moreover, it dares not step out of the warp now. Although the abundant warp energy in front of it is enough to support its return to reality, its injuries are too severe and it dares not take the risk.
It was about to continue its mockery when, in the next second, it realized something was wrong.
Beside that enormous crimson figure, an even less conspicuous human was actually condensing a pure and dazzling golden energy pillar in his hand.
It wanted to make a few more sarcastic remarks, taking pleasure in the fact that mortals dared to rebel.
Then its expression suddenly changed. This energy was filled with a sacred aura of destruction, very much like the golden torch that pierced the galaxy that it had seen deep in the subspace.
It remembered that golden pillar of light, which contained pure destructive energy that it, a mere Slaanesh, could not withstand. If it were truly struck, it would likely be utterly destroyed and never be able to return to the Palace of Pleasure of the Prince of Pleasure to be reborn.
It tried to save itself by closing the subspace rift, but was shocked to find that the rift could not be closed at all, as if it had not torn the opening itself.
"Damn it!"
With a terrified scream, he was suddenly struck by the golden energy pillar, which let out a shrill, painful roar. His thoughts froze for a moment, thinking he was about to die in the raging golden flames.
But it soon realized that this energy was no match for the destructive torrent in the subspace that was as hot as the sun.
It suddenly realized that it couldn't die, and it wanted to remember this sacred destructive energy.
Although its physical form was almost completely dissipated, it still survived. Its essence was not completely erased, and it fell in love with this extreme pleasure that could make people suffer unbearably yet be unable to stop.
In the instant it vanished completely, it left behind a charming whisper:
"I will come back to you. Your pleasure will always belong to me, especially that little one. I will turn you into the most exquisite living sculpture to spur me on and to bring me joy."
"As expected of the most perverted god, the demons under His command are truly masochists."
Li Wei's expression froze as he listened to the last whisper, and his lips twitched.
"Was that...the power of the Star Torch just now?" Magnus asked incredulously, staring at the lingering golden afterglow in the air.
He felt a blow; he was the original form of the Thousand Sons, the emperor's offspring.
He himself hadn't even learned how to use psionic energy to mimic the power of the Star Torch, let alone use it as a means of attack.
Magnus sighed, patted Levi on the shoulder, and said half-jokingly:
"Congratulations, Li Wei. Your psychic talent has far surpassed mine. It seems I can give you the title of Archmage."
At this point, a genuine smile appeared on his face. Ever since he learned that Qianzi had been targeted by the evil god, he had been worried and felt that Qianzi might not be able to escape the fate of destruction.
But Li Wei kept bringing him surprises, truly his good chief and close friend.
"My Lord Archmage, I will copy down the secret techniques of imitating Star Torch Energy and activating machinery when I get back, so that Qianzi can study them."
Li Wei smiled and said earnestly.
He was very concerned about increasing the strength of the Thousand Sons, so he took the initiative to share the psionic magic he had perfected while helping the Whisperers Legion build a think tank.
Although he felt that these two psychic spells, which involved obscure and difficult wizarding knowledge, were probably beyond the reach of most of the Thousand Sons, except for Magnus, the son of the Emperor, who could learn a little bit of them.
But there will always be someone who can learn it. Putting aside everything else, the first one to learn it, Company Commander Ahriman, is qualified. He remembers that Ahriman was also able to touch the level of a god during the 40K era.
